What are your facility hours?
Our facility is open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM.
How do I get in?
When you book a reservation we will send you an entry code with instructions, but most of the time the front doors are open!
Do you offer memberships?
Yes! Our membership is $123/month, which includes free open play and $3/hour for private reservations. But they are going fast!
6 Month and Annual memberships are also available:
With a 6 month membership we waive the $123 initiation fee
With a 12 month membership we waive the $123 initiation fee and add a free 13th month.
Non-members pay $16/hour for open play sessions and $10hour for private reservations.

Do I have to be a member?
Nope, but if you are playing open play more than once a week you would save money by joining!
Can I bring guests?
Absolutely! Members are welcome to bring guests. If it’s for a private reservation, just book as usual. If your guests are joining Open Play, they’ll need to pay the $15 drop-in fee.
Do you offer lessons?

Can I pause my membership?
Yes. We can freeze your membership for extenuating circumstances.
A membership freeze is intended for major life events such as injury, pregnancy, loss of employment, and military deployment.
A membership freeze is not intended for travel or seasonal breaks.
Contact us at staff@varsitypickleball.com for more information on a membership freeze as we handle these on a case by case basis.
How do I book a court?
You can book a court using the CourtReserve app.
What kind of reservations do you offer?
We have a few different reservation types:
Doubles
Singles/Drilling
Solo Drilling/BYO Ball Machine
Private Lessons
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes! You can cancel 24-hours out for non-members and 18-hours out for members without a penalty.
How does Open Play work?
RULES:
If there are paddles waiting in the rack: 4 OFF / 4 ON (winners and losers exit)
If no paddles are waiting: 2 OFF / 2 ON (losers exit)
All games are played to 11, win by 2
When your game finishes, exit to the rack side of the court
All other courts slide over to open up the side court nearest rack
Always put your paddles back in the rack when you’re done to stay in line
Next four players enter on the open rack side court
Use only the courts scheduled for open play
What if I want to do Open Play with a certain group of people?
No problemo! Just put your paddles together in the next available empty slot.
It is common for groups with less than four players that are next in line to bring solo players to the front so that they can make a group of four.
What happens if I arrive late to Open Play?
You’re welcome to jump in whenever you arrive—just add your paddle to the stack and get in the mix. We recommend arriving at the start to get the most out of your session!
How long can I play?
Open Plays are 3 hours long.
We schedule 150+ hours of open play every month!
If Non-members want to play in two open play sessions on one day they would pay $15 per session.
For private court reservations we limit reservations to 3 hours, but most people play for 2 hours.
What official rules do you follow?
At Varsity Pickleball we follow the official rules and regulations established by USA Pickleball.
Do you host events or leagues?
We’re planning to offer leagues, tournaments, and event registrations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Are there any rules or etiquette to follow at your facility?
Yes, we ask that all players respect each other, be mindful of court times, and follow any additional facility rules provided at the time of booking.
Also, please only wear court shoes on the playing surface and no eating on the playing surface.
What should I bring to play?
Please bring your own paddle, a ball or two, court shoes, a water bottle and comfortable clothing. We provide the courts!
We have a small selection of paddles if you need to borrow one. Just ask!
Do you have food and drinks available?
We do not provide or sell food or drinks aside from water fountains at each end of the facility.
Feel free to grab a pizza from next door or bring whatever you like to munch on while you play!
Can I rent some or all of Varsity Pickleball for my birthday or an event?
